Email [email protected]. Say what happened and which phone you use, and add your Player ID (Profile → Player ID) or the match link if it's about a match.
Forgot your password?
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password? If you added a recovery email, a code goes there.
The score isn't updating
The score is saved on the scorer's phone and uploads when it has signal. If a match page says Scorer offline, the score catches up by itself once the scorer's phone is back online.
My stream won't start
YouTube has to allow live streaming on your channel first. Switch it on in YouTube Studio; the first time, YouTube can take up to 24 hours. Streaming also needs a verified email on your AwaySwing account.
Something on a page is wrong or offensive
Use Report at the foot of any match, team or tournament page. AwaySwing staff look at every report.
Your data and your account
Download your data or delete your account in Settings → Account and privacy. Read the privacy policy and the terms.
